Default Living near DIFC

I have a question for the people living in Dubai. As I am currently in jolly old england I have come on here to find some help.

A good friend of mine has been offered a job in DIFC and wants to find a studio apartment to rent.

The two important factors are he wants to be as close as possible to DIFC and also the budget per annum is max 50k AED

What places do you advise he looks into?

Any replies providing help are much appreciated.

Thank you

for 50k dhms you could get a studio in the greens and some parts of the marina. Still a wee bit away though.

try dubizzle.com

Surely the OP doesn't mean sterling as this would equate to AED300,000 for a studio apartment. Best looking at the delights of International City if he only has AED50,000 to spend...
