you can get cheaper properties than what i quoted but be careful to check out the area they are in as there are some parts of the town which are not very nice,

i would say it is a tight squeeze on 58,000, but it all depends what property you are looking to rent and where as rents are very expensive in regina, for a decent area and for a 3 bed property you...
