The buskers must be really good as they repeated their little clip. A must see.
The song though! "Reginaaaaaaa, experience Reginaaaaaaa" will be in my head all day.
Regina rocks! Actually no.... I just remembered the no sex thing.

rent in a good area is about $1800 upwards for a 3 bed property (some do include the cost of water and/or gas), for gas, electric and water budget about $300 and you shouldnt be far off, basic tv and internet is approx $80 and can go up to approx $160 depending what you want. mobile phone (sasktel most expensive) $65. family of 3 shopping is about $500 - $600.
shopping for clothes etc - there is no "city centre" where you can go to the high street shops, they are all "retail parks" and mini shopping malls. You dont need to worry about fashion - there doesnt appear to be any as such.
there is plenty close by to do, museums, wascana park, regina beach. (alcohol is very expensive and there isnt a pub culture)
if you or your partner dont drive the north west end of the city is probably the best place to because there are shops within walking distance.
it is a city but doesnt have a city feel to it.
it does have an airport so you can fly here but may have to go via another canadian airport such as calgary or toronto (not sure as we flew from England).
