My mum had a 12 month visitor visa.......she left after 11 months, returned before the 12 months was up and was able to stay for another year. Soon effect getting nearly 2 years from a one year visa....

Me and some girlie friends stayed at the oaks aurora near south bank.
It was a fully self contained apartment, very clean and modern with a balcony and was very reasonable too x

I have downloaded this and wish I hadn't bothered really, it doesn't give you everything that is on the iplayer.....just a selection of mostly old programmes x

Anyone recently installed a pool?

Is it possible to fully install a pool (including fencing, pavers or whatever etc) for $32000 or less?

I have seen pools advertised for just over...

Just put filmon in the search box in the app store, it comes up under the iPhone apps, it looks like a red "standby" button.

I think it says something about football in the title x

Err cos I was originally wanting to move to Perth and am crap at thinking up user names!!

I have actually ended up in Brisbane though but don't think I can change it? Maybe I should look into it...

No....I have just paid approx $5000 on a $300 000 mortgage, I am a first homeowner (in Oz anyway)
I also was eligible for the first homeowners grant having never owned a property in Oz before :-)

I used identity cloaker....google it, have had no problems at all with it

It's not free though, costs about $100 for the year, I think you can pay month by month.

I know you can get free ones...
