Havelock North Motor Lodge is right in village and is the one my extended family use most - the one bed apartments have spa baths. Not sure how it is for noise at weekends but the units are set...

and check carefully where you are planning to live, a lot of towns have a 2 dog limit in town and sometime even then that requires a permit... rural has different rules....

Ummmm is this where I say I live in Hastings and actually it is just fine :D yes it has mixed areas but so does Havelock North and Napier and every other town in NZ for that fact....

We did citizenship by descent in Uk for our son, just needed to fill in form and send to NZ house in london, took about a week or so and got certificate back, just need number then for passport...
