Anyone got any experience of indoor ethanol fireplaces/fires ?

The ones I've been looking at only burn for 3/4 hours (manufacturer details) but what is the heat output like ?

Re: Where to holiday from UK?

Arriving at Heathrow will soon put you off returning back to the UK. It must be one of the worst airports (Singapore being one of the best imo).

On Arrival Accommodation ceased

Due to Government cut backs the SA On Arrival Accommodation and Meet and Greet services have been shelved .

What a shame - we used both of these services and thought they were excellent.

Re: Crown Relocations v John Masons Shipping Companies?

We used John Masons in Jan 2009 and some things went missing - can only blame the removal guys not the company. Otherwise happy with their labelling/boxing and price.

Re: 887 Visa Applicants

I applied on 22 March (online) and no CO yet. Any consensus how long it takes for a CO to be assigned ?

Have received back my AFP check but can't upload it yet.

For providing confirmation of a de facto relationship (began before arriving in Australia), what is required and does it need to be some-one in Australia or can it be parents in the UK ?

Re: Screwfix in Australia

Such a shame.

I guess we'll have to rely on Bunnings etc although the selection, quality and price won't be as competitive as screwfix.

Re: Mobile Broadband

3gb is enough for my requirements. I spent a few weeks searching for jobs and used less than 2gb. You are able to monitor your usage and increase next month as required.
