Steve Davis goes out on the piss to celebrate his birthday, and he pulls a bird. He takes her home and they get down to business. She says to him “since it’s your birthday, you can have me any way you wantâ€. So Steve gets her undressed and asks her to get down on all fours on the bed. She waits for a while but nothing happens, so she looks round to see him looking at her behind thoughtfully – she asks him what he’s waiting for and he says…..
....“I cant decide whether to go for the easy pink or the tricky brownâ€
BOOM! BOOM!

I remember the coal man, the rag & bone man and the Corona man We used to buy Dandelion & Burdock from him.
Grans co-op number was 3058. I could never remember my Mum's number so Gran always got the divi!!
I also remember being changed from town gas to natural gas and having 'something done' to the gas cooker so it would work!
Going to the newsagents for 20 Everest for my Mum and to the bakery for a split tin and getting into trouble for eating the crusts on the way home. I got tuppence pocket money and always wanted to buy a Mars Bar but they were sixpence and I wasn't disciplined enough to save up for one so it was years before I ever tasted one.

As a young apprentice plumber, OH was sent down the drain to smash up the tippler toilets when they were putting inside bathrooms in. Made his eyes water

Mind you they were so weak with flavour, one suck and it started to turn to just plain ice.

OMG................ when the rag and bone man came to our street, kids used to run indoors and and go through their mum and dad's drawers to grab any type of clothing to swap for an 'elusive' balloon.
Mums and dads had to be on high alert during these times

I remember:
- The day we got our very first coloured TV ..................

- The first day of decimalisation..............

- Being the proud owner of a video recorder with 'remote control' that was actually on the end of a long piece of cable and was a tripping hazard as it snaked its way across the living room floor............................

- Feeling very trendy getting a 'trim phone' (with an annoying ringtone)

- Taping the top 20 off the radio on a Sunday night onto my cassette player, trying to cut out the DJ's voice between the tracks.

- My boss's new mobile phone back in the late 80s which was actually the size of a normal phone and twice as heavy - how convenient
