Shortcrust pastry unsweetened,
1/2 cup currants,
Icing sugar,
milk,
Roll the pastry out 1/4" thick cut circles,
Place the currants in the centre of the circles and sprinkle with some icing sugar,
moisten the edges with milk and fold together,
Roll until currants start to show through,
brush with milk and bake for about 30mins in mod oven
