I went to the local bakery at lunchtime and asked for "eine brotchen mit schinken" - a ham roll - and when I got back to my desk and started to eat it I discovered that it had pineapple in it.

It'sone of my secret vices. I like the sachets of cheesy flavoured instant mash with a side of baked beans.

I usually replace a bit of water with some milk.

Hmm, I suppose you could make a volcano shape with the mash and put the egg in the crater. Then with some careful mixing of mash and egg you could avoid an egg/tomato collision.
