Thanks. I was just curious. The pack I got once here in BC gummies was 10mg, but I didn't notice anything....
but only 4 pack for $10 + taxes which brought the total to about $11.20 so I guess about $2.50 per gummy pre-tax.

I think I'll go get one now; the peer pressure around here is incredible. My 40mg from the grey market are just over $2 ($2.60 when not on sale), but I've had some different ones that hit a little harder so I may experiment a bit with others around a similar price point.

I shouldn't have a tolerance to THC since I never use pot on a regular basis, but then my body is known to have a fairly high tolerance to things, hospitals always end up having to give me more medications for pain, and sedation because the normal amounts usually not very effective, I guess I have a natural tolerance to things...ha ha
What I would like to try it ketamine but not the street kind. Go somewhere where it is legal to prescribe and do so under controlled conditions, studies show it works quite well for those with certain mental health disorders including mine, but government rules tend to change slower than science, not sure if its an option anywhere in Canada at all though.

I wouldn't buy from the legal stores again, the cost is high and the benefit little, one did nothing for me, 2 kind of sorta, so I figure I must need at least 3 of those legal gummies to feel much of anything.

This is what my vaporizer thingy looks like:

The oil-filled cartridge slides into the 'battery device' and latches magnetically. There are no buttons to press; you just 'draw' through the end, and somehow, that triggers the vaporizing process. I saw hardly any smoke / vapor and wasn't even sure if I was 'getting anything' some of the time, but my brain confirmed that I was! I’m still not sure exactly how to use it; I first breathed very gently, and wasn’t sure if anything was happening or not, so then took some more aggressive breaths, and that triggered a coughing fit! But I’m sure I’ll get used to it
. Here's a review of the device:

What I still don't know is - how much 'odor' does this device produce? I saw hardly any smoke / vapor from the device, but since I was inhaling it, it's hard for me to determine if there was any smell or not! Technically, we aren't allowed to smoke cigarettes inside OR outside our homes, so I'm just trying to be careful at the moment.

That may be part of it, but I think a regimen of healthy eating and exercise helps a lot too. He's over 20 years older than I am, and I wish I looked that good. If they live to be 87, most people are frail and have medical problems one foot in the grave. The one time I dabbled in the Celebrity Croakers ghoul game I made the mistake of picking Willie..... without reading up first. He'll probably be working long after I have to stop, and could well outlive me.

How did you get it across the border? And is it your HOA who has the restriction on your smoking in and outside of your home? Are you allowed to cook say cabbage which smells worse than a cig?
After a couple of days trying the various gummies (indica, sativa, combo, etc) and being underwhelmed, last night I decided to try the 'oil' in the 'vaporizer'. Holy crap, after no more than 6 or 7 'puffs', I was high as a kite! Big grin on my face, uneasy on my feet ... just plopped down and watched TV and had a long evening of total relaxation. Finally, this was the feeling I was looking for!

Cabbage and other foods stink sure, but they are not a health hazard, and people tend to smoke more often than they cook cabbage or stinky foods.

The outside smoking issue is a local ordnance by the city, I believe - https://www.walnut-creek.org/about-u...closed%20areas
"The ordinance prohibits smoking throughout the downtown Pedestrian Retail District; within all multi-unit residencies, common areas, balconies and within 25 feet of all enclosed areas; all City parks and open space areas; places of employment; public places; outdoor dining areas; within 25 feet of all enclosed areas where smoking is prohibited; and all service areas (i.e. ATM and ticket lines)."
I'm in a 'multi-unit residence' - condo - so I believe I'm covered by that rule. But I doubt there'd ever be a problem with just standing outside the front-door, or on the balcony; I'm just being cautious right now and don't want to get into issues with neighbors. Since it's a bit chilly outside these days, I'm hopeful I can get away with smoking it indoors; current experience suggests it is not very noticeable.

Are there any border patrol check points along your route to/from Arizona? I would be more worried about them than local/state police in Arizona.
Just never cross to/from Canada with anything marijuana related, while legal in Canada, and many US states, it's still illegal to transport across international border either direction.

I haven't dealt with the border issue yet. I was driving from AZ to CA when I picked it up in CA, and will likely be in CA for a month if not two. But eventually, I'll be driving back to AZ. My current thought is, I'll stop at the same store and pick up more supplies, and take them into AZ. AZ just legalized recreational use, and will no longer arrest/prosecute 'possession'; but - you aren't technically allowed to bring it in across the state border. So I need to decide if it's worth it or not; I've driven from CA to AZ maybe 50 times, and never been pulled over so the chances of that event are pretty low. Even though AZ legalized it, they aren't expected to see retail outlets till at least March.

I only found this story because he posted in a fish group selling an aquarium and mentioned the raid, which got me curious and google search took about 2 minutes to find the article.
Police allege that some of their product ended up in Halloween bag, which is how they got on police radar.
