Oooh you are naughty Maybe they are catching up from old applicants now at end of last years list it says they are dealing with 2006 applicants on the website doesnt it cant remember what month they are up to and dont really understand it can anyone explain the dates thing is it points related more points quicker visa.

Congratulations on getting job (sounds like your a nurse if I remember correctly). If you haven't already, let them know that you have a job as it might speed the visa up. Got mine and I've had my job 11 months now.

Sorry to hear there is no news so far this week. House is still on the market, we've had 3 viewings so far and they all say it is too close to the road.We are at the end of a cul-de-sac with the main road through the village the other side of the hedge, next to our house. So we wait.... and wait. If it's not one wait it's another. All we need next is airport strikes, but I don't think any of us will worry then eh?

i got my Cardio report back today So i got some good news.

That will be flying its way back upto Handsworth Wood tomorrow, we also popped in to police station to get his PCC sorted everything is done now they should all they need by mid next month.

So come on DIAC shake yourselves and get us all sorted.

our meds arrived on 12th/06 and scanned pcs over on 14/06 and not heard owt either, been a quiet i think in july considering its new year for them, thought there would be grants flying out all over the place, but not to be upto yet, heres hoping next week is our week then

waiting is killing us too, every morn we get up and no news i feel like crying cant stand it, feel for those who had to wait months and months dont think i could stand it, if we dont hear soon i really think i could crack!!! its been so bad given up on the house too, aint done a stitch this past few days only got half a room to finish wallpapering and i just cant be bothered, got no motivation wotsoever, am hoping the visa will drop in shortly and give me the boost i need to get cracking

for gods sake guys!!! Come on!! Just all look at the bigger picture, and what your going through is nothing compared to the reward at the end.... Not much left to do, you'll have it finished in a few days chick and it's all done and you can move onto the next thing!!

S-j it is ok for you to talk, we sent all our stuff in July 2006, we had a job offer in November, I joined this tread thinking we had sent our application in March but looking back that was our meds and PCC. I then had to have extra tests and this took to them receiving them to 21 June, so for some of us we have now been waiting 1 year and it is doing my head in

I had high BP at meds....thats all! Cardio says i have white coat syndrome.....! So nothing really to worry about!

We sent of for our PCC 0n 11/6/2007..still waiting for them to come back....hopefully soon now!

@ Dawn and Andy....Seeing as you are planning on Adelaide have you ever tried www.pomsinadelaide.com! Specially for ppl goin there!
