5 arrested in Calangute flesh trade raid

6 Oct: Navhind Times. Calangute police on Thursday evening arrested five persons and rescued three girls from Mumbai in an alleged flesh trade raid… Meanwhile, in another similar incident, acting on reliable information a raid was conducted by the Calangute police near Café Coffee Day and two girls from Mumbai were rescued. How The Anjuna Police Protects Killers

6 Oct: The Goan on Saturday. A complete investigation of Rita Almeida's murder in Anjuna … there is mounting evidence, that the Police Inspector of Anjuna police Vishwas Karpe colluded with the murder accused, suppressed clear evidence and sought to pass of the death as asthma… Their allies, increasingly appear to be a controversial doctor Dr Jawaharlal Henriques [Goan School, Mombasa, class of '64] whose name crops up during many investigations into mysterious deaths, especially drug overdoses and Dr Aurita Madeira, who hurriedly certified death due to asthma and then went to the police station to take her statement back and destroy it, after the post mortem report certified that that death occurred due to an anti- mortem gunshot.

New Tourist Season, Same Old Problems

5 Oct: Herald Insight. By Guilherme Almeida. On October 12, 2003, a young Swiss national was molested and raped while she was on a late evening beach stroll. The incident brought to the fore the absence of illumination along the beach belt… nine years down the lane, the beach belt is hit by absence of illumination, changing rooms and sanitation facilities

Dr Jawarhal HENRIQUES is the same doctor who stated that Denyse Sweeney died of a drugs overdose.......only for prove to be found 2 years later that she had no drugs or alcohol in her system and a massive unexplained head injury !

They also sent four of his scrounger friends with him, imagine how many scroungers would have left the country if they all took their families with them. ;)

In the dock at last: Hate preacher Abu Hamza appears in court in New York hours after extradition to U.S.

Hamza appeared in court in New York on charge relating to kidnap in Yemen in 1998, advocating violent jihad in Afghanistan and a jihad training camp in Oregon
He touched down in the U.S. this morning after leaving the United States Air Force base RAF Mildenhall in Suffolk late last night
High Court judges yesterday rejected plea for Hamza, 54, to undergo a brain scan his lawyers said could show he is medically unfit to face trial

Terror suspects Babar Ahmad, Syed Ahsan, Khaled Al-Fawwaz and Adel Abdul Bary also extradited to the U.S.
