Re: In To-day's Newspapers
Canada has a similar pain in the neck with the return of a chap named Khadr, by the US. He comes from a fiercely proud anti west family that take greater pride in the killing of military personnel in Afghanistan, something which Khadr himself apparently did at the age of 15!!!. The irony is he has been clothed and fed for many years, has had free legal defence at taxpayers cost while the ranks rise in the unemployed in Canada that cannot feed or clothe themselves even. A sickening use of the system in ways that others in need just cannot get access to.

'Sliced bread no threat to pao'
7 Oct: Times of India. The makers of the traditional Goan pao feel that the increase in price will not affect their customer base as the packaged variety of bread is no competition to the pao… The All-Goa Association of Bakers has decided to continue at the current Rs2.50 for a smaller size of 40g instead of 50g, while they will introduce a better quality pao for Rs5 which will weigh a minimum of 80g… www.goanvoice.org.uk |

Re: In To-day's Newspapers
A new Government plan will deny young people who’ve never had a job of their housing benefits. Unemployed parents who keep having children could also be deprived extra state support. The move, set to be launched today, would save the treasury billions of pounds, but is this a step to far or do you welcome the new proposal?
