It would depend on the detail; certainly young people with parents should live with them if at all possible but what if parents turn them out? should they be on the streets?
It should work in general.

Not so sure about the "big families" how big? What about the genuine 'accidents", forced abortion??
A contraception certificate from GP ?? might be possible.
The main individuals suffering here though would be the children.

Local authorities have a duty of care towards any one under the age of 18 years old if that person has been made unintentionally homeless by their legal parents or guardians. What the change in law is addressing is where parents are charging their children for their own room after they reach the age of 16 just to make money from the state. It could have been addressed more easily if the income from a room was added to your Tax Bill. Reducing benefits for people who continue to produce children even though they cannot afford them is clearly aimed at the single parents who see life on benefits as a way of life. Its also aimed at large Catholic and Muslim households who refuse to use contraceptives for religious reasons but are only too happy to demand the state to pay for their religious beliefs.I have neighbors who are strict Muslims. They get rent support on their 4 bedroom property.Child allowance. Tax Credits.4 kids and counting....!

Fear of bird-hits haunts Goa airport authorities

8 Oct: Times of India. The fear of any of their aircraft being hit by a bird is haunting aviation authorities at the Dabolim airport and at the naval base, too… if there's any casualty due to bird hits, criminal offences would be registered against local authorities for not clearing garbage, which attracts the birds… ten bird hits were reported by pilots in September, and many others went unreported … it's at the earliest hours of dawn that bird hits are reported most often…Air Arabia and Qatar Airways, operating at 3:30am and 4:30am respectively, have reported the menace … 447 words. Click here.
Video: Flights at Dabolim Airport witnessed 3rd bird hit within a week.

but there is already an exemption for students - it used to be fairly standard procedure for parents to 'disown' kids of university age.
otoh who wants a return to the means test of the 1930's? -- when working - but impoverished - families were 'deemed' to be responsible for any unemployed relatives.

My political views have always been right wing, but for me this is a step to far! Undoubtedly there are people that abuse the system, however conversely there are people that rely on it. My concern is that in an effort to rid the system of those that abuse it, some of those that genuinely need it will also be swept up in the process.
As for ''putting a limit'' on the number of children a family can have, this is a very dangerous policy as evidenced in China. The ratio of elderly too young is now completely out of sync as a result of there one child per family policy. They have an ageing population and not enough young people to support them.
Now you'll have to excuse me, I need to find my sandals, jump into the 2CV and go and buy a copy of the Guardian!

The Government provides Legal Aid. This has been recently much reduced.

Except they only provide that help if you are a foreigner !!!!!!
99% of those thy help are terrorism suspects or illegal immigrants - FACT!!!
They have yet to provide any help or support for any person who is WHITE, BRITISH BORN, HETEROSEXUAL ! When they provide support to someone in that social bracket I may change my mind.

Those are the reasons I think this organisation needs to be rigorously investigated and a certain female removed from it!

It is not about having a 'thing' about it, it is about the fact that this organisation abuse public funding - they shout about human rights and claim to be about fairness and dignity - but actually abuse the human rights of the indigenous Britain !

Strangely enough your membership revelation comes as no surprise !!

In that case, your math is decidedly iffy.
