WHY IS INDIA BAD FOR WOMEN!!

Good article with some solid statistics.
Which suggests that much of this treatment of women is commonplace in much of India.

Re: In To-day's Newspapers

ToI today.
Headline ( page 10 ) Justice at last. They're referring to the murder of the Indian student on Dec. 26th, last year. Seven months. Not too bad.

Then, on page 8, a trial, in India, started 37 years ago !! and ongoing !!
No headline there.

Still on the sub continent, The Pak. SC deciding on the pricing of samosa !!
Little wonder the backlog in all the courts in these two countries.

Justice..........They couldn't spell the f*****g word.

Davie.

The link from Goanvoice seems to be working now.

Makes very good reading................. can't be written by Goans can it?

No blame attached to "foreigners" for all the problems.

Will be interesting to see how long it takes for the "establisment's" Goondas to turn up at their premises and offer a little gentle persuasion to "Shut the f up"?

Sorry all.

Didn't realise going to Goanvoice and clicking on "more info" in the appropriate place was Rocket science?

(not Indian rocket science of course, even when they do manage to find the blue touchpaper it still crashes moments later......... at the cost of billions. Gone very quiet now though)

Yeah, yeah, yeah .......... whatever!

On a sensible note, surprised none of the Candolim "residents" have commented on this little snippet?

Yes, it looks like this year your beloved Sunburn festival will be booming out for your enjoyment from Christmas Eve till New Year..........

And whats the betting Parrikar makes it one of his crazy "entertainment zones" so that the row can go on all night?

Enjoy
