does not work, do you not watch myth busters? 303 round at the end of a stab stick or you are breathing chum, but not for long.

from the link.

so if it were not for the anti venom, 250 prospective fatalities per year.
Red back bites hurt like hell and will leave a huge red welt, but they are usually not fatal. From what I understand they anti-venom is used to prevent the necrosis that sometimes occurs at the site of the bite.

My husband looks incredibly like Jamie Hyneman. Once I've got the life insurance all paid up I'm going to be taking him out shark diving and we'll do our own little experiment on whether punching a shark will actually make it swim away from a pool of chum.

Actually sharks are repelled by people anyway, we taste dreadful to them and we have too many bones which they choke on. Sharks only like eating seals and fish they only attack people when they are starving to death or mistake us for fish often when people are wearing black wetsuits .
Millions of people go swimmimg in the beaches of OZ every year and only around 2 are eaten by sharks, if sharks wanted to eat people hundreds would be eaten every year.

It's different with bears in Canada. They primarily eat people. You see them often on the subway, eyeing up individuals, deciding how much polyester they're willing to munch for a meal. Personally, I dress like a golfer, nothing wants to chew through plaid.

It must be a comfort to those few people that are eaten to know that the shark won't be enjoying it.

However Crocs do enjoy eating people, we are a tastey snack ,they have massively powerful jaws and lots of teeth which means they can crush our bones without choking on them. Sharks tend to advoid eating people becasue of all the bones and bad taste while crocs actively hunt people down.

Yes but it's often AFTER they bite that Sharks decide we don't taste very nice.

We have been having a number of problems with both bears and cougars over the past few years in Burnaby - we have had one wandering down Hastings Street. Burnaby is not even rural - but they come down from Burnaby Mountain.

I got called once to a cougar that got itself trapped under someones kitchen table. It took the wildlife guys hours to show up and I thought we might have to shoot it. Fortunately i think it was more afraid than we were and just sat there. The cougar was not harmed in the end.

are you getting your information from the grade 6 nature guide, because thats what it sounds like.

they do not mistake us for fish while wearing black wetsuits, this has been shown many times on tv doc's, its very specific to the SA/Californian coast and SEAL attacks. Multi coloured wetsuits were tried, made no difference, its the silhouette seen from below. i could go on, but there is so much to work with i would be here forever, i have concluded you are a definite troll with this kind of bland shot in the dark rubbish. millions of people go swimming and only AROUND 2 are eaten. could you be any more vague.
