I admit I do not know a great deal about Australia that's why I come on this site, to find out where to look for work, cheap places to live, instead all I get is that I am expecting too much, got news for you I am not expecting anything. The one thing I do remember about Brisbane, leaving a bar walking through the city centre, early morning just as the clubs/pubs was kicking out and there was hardly any police presence there, and no sign of any trouble, and this from a major city,and this was the case nearly all the time I was there.
