Oh yes, a lunch would suit me much better than a pub night!

Funny you should say that. I couldn't work out why the babes in bikinis looked better than those you see today.

Where is Rambi?

Your standards are just way too high.

Oi! Where's the flight from Perth for Ms Dorothy? :sneaky:

I have very low standards.

I so think we should have a Sydney Ladies Wot Lunch.

Obviously not at the Quay, but I bet Seasider could come up with some wonderful choices :D

You can poke Sydney, I am going to Singapore in September and as per my Facebook, I am so excited I could burst!!!!!

I would LOVE to meet you all for lunch! As for paying, well I would but I'm unemployed again :p

In Arse's defence, he did recommend me a bistro for lunch in Kiama and the in-laws were very impressed with it. (We only stopped in the Gong long enough for DiL to take some photos.)

NB - we could all meet for lunch in Singapore; I know some great places there too :D

We are going to the F1 race, I seriously am so excited. We haven't managed to get the best hotel but it looks clean and tidy enough and is only 1 stop on the train from the action!!

I thought both of those went without saying :D

On a more serious note though, perhaps it would be a good idea? I know Swerv-o does a great job with the Sydney pub meets but they're not really my thing. I don't know anywhere in the Sydney area, so naturally Seasider would have to do all the recommending, but it might be noice for those ladies who are gainfully unemployed through the day and are just looking for an excuse to have some intellectual discourse.

PM Caroline if you're interested :D

(Don't you love how I come up with an idea and get everyone else to do the work?)

My sister is coming over from Canada in May and I was planning to take her to Sydney for a long weekend. We should organise something for while we're over there. I would absolutely love to meet you and Caroline in person. Seasider I've already met and it goes without saying that I'd love to see her again. We'll work something out closer to then.

Sounds like a plan!

Well I've now got a cupboard full of Hunter Valley Wines, shall I put some aside for May? :D

(Mainly bubbly - not too keen on a lot of Hunter stuff although this weekend I have been pushing aside my prejudices and been pleasantly surprised by a few others.)
