And based on such a track record Moderators are picked ;)

Now, I really need to turn this thing off and make the most of my Aussie Experienceâ„¢.

I could be dead tomorrow, I'm just saying ... What if my last mortal thoughts were "I'm really glad I got my point across in a witty and sarcastic manner on BE".

Not really a legacy is it?

I'll report back on Coastal Life later ...

cheeky little devil.

Now - if you managed to get the better of me - that might be a legacy - but I'm not laying down the gauntlet.

Sorry but what's one of those? It had bloody better be an air conditioning unit.

And chilled out is not the proper word to use to a woman who has been living in degrees of 38 to 40 for the last few days and has managed just about a total of 5 hours sleep.

But thanks for the thought :)

We'll have to try and have a chat at the weekend, that'll get you chilled and relaxed! Pity i had to go to work this morning, the idea of a wine bottle and a gossip was quite appealing at 7am

I have never ever said they don't happen here. I said I am not as exposed to them here as I was in the UK.

A report on 60 minutes tonight about binge drinking lasses out of control. Seen a few similar news reports in the UK over the last few years.

Run away, run away.......

Coastal Life Update - Envigorating but tiring ... I reckon my tootsies have covered between 15 and 17km this afternoon ... Perfect weather

The women seemed unimpressed by my flirting to the extent the Police were called. Ah well.

Everyone still serious around here?

Take heed from Avril Lavigne and her Complicated ditty is my advice. ;)

Hell no, I followed your example and went off to the beach for lunch, although I got the bus and the most exercise I got was lifting my sparkling wine :)

Beautiful sunshine but the sight of people in cossies made me shiver; I had three layers on. British backpackers, I'd guess - or Irish, seeing as it was Coogee.

I am so lucky to have been given a visa to live in Oz, and so lucky to having the chance to live in a country that is proud of itself and has a positive future.

I'll set the timer now for about 2 years, then I reckon we'll see you back with some grumbling posts, after you realise that Australia isnt quite the utopian land of opportunity that you thought it was.
