Ready to move when we are. We have the survey (or whatever it is) being done on Wednesday - we only sold it yesterday!

Havent been on here for ages and just took me ages looking through the pages. 
Well congratulations for all those that have sold, we still havent
, have had a few viewings but thats it and that was about 2 weeks ago.. no viewings since....Am going with another estate agent on saturday. He has advised not to drop the price as it will pick up 
.
Not going to oz til end of march so still have a few months of selling left. Will go whatever thou, am just hoping it sells first

EEEEEEEEK we have an offer - first offer came in at 170k (house on at 179,995) I have said to EA we were really hoping for me - particuarly if they are expecting everything to be left in property. aiming for £175.
What do you think. They wouldnt come in with their highest offer would they?
