Re: Euro 2012
So let's get this thread back on track, what an underwhelming performance in Oslo (less 3 of the defenders who looked competent) and the beer was incredibly expensive. What are our chances of winning a single group game?

I think we've got a good chance in the last game - at least Rooney should be back for that one. Hope he lasts the full 90 minutes without getting sent off though.

Well, thank God we don't yet live in a robotic world where if you do something wrong, or act like a normal human being, they chop your hand off for not handing in the five Euro note you've just found in the street, or cut your tongue out when you call a spade a spade.

Sky did a similar show a week or so ago
In the six months following Ukrainian fans all they came up with was a fight between themselves down a back street. (not seen all the BBC one yet)

Do you get iPlayer? If so, watch it, the reporter is actually attacked while stood in the stands and in the same game the fans see some Asian supporters and kick the living shite out of them. In all of the games secrately filmed there were racist chanting, Nazi chants, fascist salutes, shirts with anti Semitic slogans on and the list goes on. Maybe it was all staged for the program but to get an ENTIRE stadium to raise their right arms screaming zeig hill in unison is some organisation.
Anyway, I am still asking about "English clubs were banned from European football for much less than what goes on in Poland, the Ukraine", given that English teams got banned for the export of violence that culminated in 39 deaths, what happened in Poland or Ukraine that was more serious than this?

Just watched it, BBC gets the footage that Sky could not find.

The truth is we don't know the truth of Eastern European football, if its not reported how do we know? The reporter left a match where people were displaying clear Nazi regalia and saluting and he interviewed the Police chief, the PC flatly denied that ANYTHING went on... You happy about that degree of transparancy?

To be fair mate, 4 posts ago there was no proof of any racism or Neo Nazism.....

Re: Euro 2012
and to be fair I am more than happy to change my attitude as I get exposed to more information, and if you know about football related mass deaths happening in Poland and/or Ukraine I will be happy (well rather sad) to be informed about it. Just do not keep hinting that you know something I do not.
