Hi M2 Owners
Are any Marina Esuri Manzana 2 owners planning to go to the Meeting for community formation on July 31st?
I would like to get in touch and have a conversation before the meeting as I am unable to attend.
Please send me a PM with your telephone number and I will give you a call
Regards

We are owners on Marina Esuri Manzana 1 and also have a meeting for the community formation on July 31st.
It would seem that it may be helpful for the owners of Manzanas 1, 2 and 3 to work together to take things forward in the current circumstances.
As this is our first posting we are not in a position to PM you but hopefully will be able to do soon.

That was just the formal acceptance of what they filed for last week. Read the article instead of browsing it and you will see:

GOOD NEWS: (or if you are Yorkshire Scratcher or one of his cronies, bad news as it is one less thing to moan about)
Finally had the meeting with the council today who have assured me that ALL ELECTRIC SERVICES (INCLUDING GENERATORS) WILL BE MAINTAINED. This is a basic right so they say they have to ensure it is provided. As for the generators, they will not just maintain it for a month as previously posted but FOR AS LONG AS IT IS NECESSARY to ensure the full mains supply.
Other services, such as the upkeep of the area, rubbish colection and street cleaning etc will be maintained on a minimum level. There are too many people who have not paid their council tax. Come on guys, your council tax has nothing to do with Fadesa so if you want to keep your services going, pay up like everyone else. It is Ayamonte people's tax euros that will help maintain the Esuri site, the least you can do is match them. I know many of you have paid, but the rest need to do so also. Just go down to the council to pay your bill - and avoid the fine.

I totally disagree. I've been the proud owner on RAGO 2 for over two years and our community management has been in the hands of ADA throughout. They're not perfect; nevertheless, in my humble opinion, JGB's vitriolic comments were well over the top. The 100,000€ rereferred to was not just for roads but also, amongst other things, covered the cost of running four sets of swimming pools. The total intercommunity spend for 2007 was under 200,000€. It grieves me that blog readers' minds are being distorted by what I believe to be unsubstantiated incorrorrect assertions.

Everybody is free to have their one opinion, what is good for you can not be good for others, and right now M6 is very happy with the management company choosed by us.

That is excellent news, thanks for that. We have no issue with paying our Council Tax, but have been told that it is not due until the year after we have completed, and is paid between September and July!! Is this true, does anyone know about this. It will mean that ours is due from September if so, as we completed last year??????

As far as she is aware all of Rago 2 is due now and needs to be paid.
There is no bill as such until you are overdue then you will get a bill with infromation about fines for late payment. So get down to the Tributaria office just off the Laguna square and please pay the tax.

Vitriolic – A BIT STRONG to say the least... touched a nerve ?
Over the top - if you are paying ADA for your community services you are an expert in over the top because that is what you are paying.
Does anyone doubt all property owners on Costa Esuri to be proud owners; some are obviously richer than others and don’t really care if they pay over the top for services which can be acquired locally at half the price.
Is that a supposition? So sorry to presume you are rich; maybe you are just one of those who think if you are paying a fortune, then it must be good !!
The 100,000€ you refer to, if you mean the €110,000 it is in fact nothing to do with Rago 2.
Fact is the €110,000.00 does not include any of the swimming pools in that particular phase.
If you say your intercommunity cost €200,000 – that’s €16,000.00 per month ? are your streets lined in gold ? You said it - over the top !
Do you actually know the difference between your community and intercommunity ?? How much was your Manzana community charge ? and then add each Manzana together, does it come to €250,000.00 ? Then add that to the intercommunity charge; are you getting the picture?
When you purchased your dream home in the sun, were you told you would be paying €125 per month for community charges. Sorry to tell you Taff, it’s not an unsubstantiated incorrect assertion; it is a fact for many.
Taff, blog readers have their own minds to decide for themselves; they are all grownup.
You see, in the opinions of others, your post is creating the distortion.
Many associated with Costa Esuri are cheered up that blog readers may acquire information which could assist them to make up their own minds; select their own management company and determine their own costs and service levels.
Say whatever you like Taff, you are entitled to post your vitriolic comments. But don’t misinterpret another poster’s comments and bad mouth them with your own unsubstantiated incorrect assertions.
Looking forward to the rebuke.

On September 30th a 20% fine is added and thereafter interest incurred.
Council Tax payments for 2008 are payable between July 1st 2008 and September 29th 2008.
Receiving a bill ? it’s not reliable - be proactive, go to the Tributaria yourself.
It’s easy to do -
Bring a utility bill, some ID and wait in the queue.
They are extremely helpful. Don’t worry about language difficulties, your utility bill will give them the information they need.
You will be presented with blue slips which you take to one of a few selected banks in town.
Pay with cash or set up a standing order.
Overdue payments – you may receive an overdue bill at some stage in the months following September.
If you are unclear whether you owe money, not sure if you pay for this year or last year – go to the office, they will tell you directly
