We heard yesterday from a reliable source that the Commercial centre has been bought by a Dutch company also some properties don't know about the hotel though.

That squares with a post on another website about 2 months ago that a Dutch company were seen looking at the commercial centre with the agents.

Default Albatros Golf Phase 2 - owners?

Hi,

I've buying on the above development and wondered if there were any other owners on this site that have bought on Albatros Golf Phase 2. I am aware of a couple of people on the site who I have already been on contact with. If there are any others could they privately message me please.

Many thanks,

Honestly I dont know about pictures of the area, but if you are in the square in ayamonte erm let me see.ok if your standing directly square on to barkleys bank main door. look over your right shoulder and you will see a coffe bar called the passage he knows a lot of local artists and always desplays paintings and they change every week or so.I would say have a word with the owner who is always in there and he will proberly know a lot more than me on the subject.failing that they sell cheap paint and canvas in the chinky shop. good luck and I hope you find what you are looking for.

We have seen the picture display at the "Passage" change over the years and there was on particular painting by a local artist called I think Pedro that took our fancy. It was a roofscape painted from a viewing point up in old Ayamonte and even the €1000 price did not deter us but it had already been sold so we are keeping our eye out for others that may come up in the future. It is a good place to look but there must be others let us know how you go on.

Many thanks,
When I was out in early October I had a look at both the Albatros developments and all appeared to be finished. Albatros I parts 1 & 2 had some people in occupation but when I went up behind the hotel to Albatros II it semed absolutely complete with well settled landscape and super views over the Guadiana but not a soul in sight most odd.
