I'm not absolutely certain but I think there's a rule in Melbourne that when you want to turn right you have to pull into the left hand lane (so you have to cross BOTH lanes of traffic :scared: )

I did get a compliment slip in with it saying to advise my Oz address when I have one so they can send the original.
But the import approval letter I got (presumably only a copy) is...

As far as I have managed to work it out, the costs are along the lines of: -

Application to import vehicles - AU$50 per bike (though they only charged me for one) + cost for certified...

Money should be winding it's way across the planet this week so hopefully we should get the final decision fairly...

No question really about whether to take the two I am taking. One of 'em is a 27yr old Lambretta that has a high emotional attachment, the other is only a couple of years old so I reckon...
