yep that’s what I thought however looking at variations in the 155 I come across this:

155 visa which is valid for 1 year – you have been in Australia for at least 1 day in the last 5 years...

hi all. Ok...here is mine and my family’s situation.
25 August 2011 granted PR visa.
Arrived in Australia 20 June 2012.
moved back to UK 21 june 2015.
havent been back to Australia since...

Thanks poly. If I let the current visa lapse, do you know how long I have to apply for a return visa as I'm sure there will be a limited time frame or do I have to apply before it runs out in August?...

Hey thanks. Let's say I applied in March and was granted June, do I need need to validate it like the or visa and if so when would I need to be in Australia by?

On our pr visa there was 4 of us....

Hi all. I have a pr visa for aus which was granted in August 2011 We validated in June 2012 and lived there for 3 years. If I right, my visa runs out this coming August. We may consider moving back....

Flying out 20 June with small children

Hi all. very excited now. we fly out of Glasgow at 1415hrs to Dubai, with a 2hr turnaround, then on to Perth. My kiddies are 4 and 7.

Oh Bugger. I bought 6 new long sleeve shirts to take over to perth to start my new job in June and ripped the sleeves off. i thought sleeve less, like the footie players, was the done thing:eek:
