Good Luck with it all Alison. Not everyone has houses to sell or savings and there is nothing worse than living in a state of limbo when your heart wants to be/live somewhere else.

I would agree with almost all of those. (apart from rugby, cricket - not my thing!) We just love it here and are very happy. We are planning to be grey nomads when we reach retirement.

On a shoe string budget. We didn't have a house to sell and no savings. The credit card took a battering and we slowly got back on our feet. We were very lucky that we both got jobs within a week...
