His certificate just said Level 3 C&G, nothing at all about NVQ's.

To get the 50 points his NZQA assessment must come back at a level 4. Just for the record a part 1 & part 2 C&G is a level...

The city & guilds recognised qualifications are an absolute nightmare - basically if your qualification does not exactly match up word for word with what is on their list they will not...
