On the stormcarib website, under the St Lucia reports, there's alot of pictures reporting the damage - most in Soufriere, but loads up in Castries.

Looks horrendous. Hope everyone that is over...

I can't tell that it is dangerous (unlike the frogfish and moray eels - which I have seen numerous times when diving there).

I think St Lucia was/is becoming part of the pet passport scheme in June. Don't know whether this applies to US, but it would be wiser to check with your vet and as PGTips mentions, customs.

Peanut Punch - I found it was about 8 weeks or there abouts that the mozzies finally decided my blood wasn't that good, but saying that I still get the occasional bite (invariably on my ankle) :)
