I did some checking and it appears that everyone born in Canada after 1947 became Canadian citizens at birth (including my wife) but her mother and father born in 1920's were considered British...

Thanks for the info. Thats not too bad and it will work into selling house, money in the bank etc for 6 months, find a new job start packing, packing and more packing.

its a little more complicated than it seems

1, if you booked a flight only direct with Zoom and paid with a credit card you get your money back from C.card company ..I have just done this after...
