put ours up 18 months ago had two offers both pulled out dropped 30 grand now accepted another one survey on wednesday hopefilly nova scotia in 8 weeks

believe it or not we live in denton ,the wife and her family are from denton,hyde,and dukinfield area,
we are moving to nova scotia,so hopefully the house prices are coming down there to

where my wife works, she sees everyday what happens or can happen to rented property,ie, rent not being paid ,the house trashed, if something goes wrong you have to sort it but...
