So having been here a week this is really the first time I have noticed but the quality of the picure on Setanta is appalling. I have a new TV and shaw is new to me so it could be one of those two components although other channels are fine.

Does anyone else have appalling picture quality on Setanta ?

MY OH has Setanta and the picture looks the same quality as the rest of the normal non HD channels, but I don't watch it that much.

I think the Setanta picture quality is wanting. It is fuzzy compared to my other non-HD channels.

I don't recall seeing any Rugby League scheduled at all this season...apart from Aussie stuff.

No super league at all as far as I know.

If Rugby League is played in Canada it's on a very limited scale, certainly not enough for some TV station to spend money showing it.

What's Canada got to do with it?
Super League is RL in the UK. Setanta did cover it and now it seems to have disappeared.

I thought Setanta changed to ESPN? In the UK (or at least with Virgin Media) ESPN has replaced Setanta for sure.

Setanta Canada is a separately owned (by Rogers Media) re-seller of foreign sports broadcasts.

It is not connected with the UK Setanta except for the brand name
