We feel lucky too to have our visa's, 457 was the only way for us to go now as not enough points anyother besides the investment route...I'm glad now we didn;t go for that one.

You are not alone, we are also in the same boat, have our visa's. :thumbup:House on market since week b4 xmas loads of window shoppers, only one real interest but they haven;t sold theirs yet....
