Babysitting rates for NYE

Has anyone ever babysat on New Years eve or had a babysitter for NYE? What is the going rate on the Gold Coast? It will be for 3 children aged 1-6. Thanks!

Thanks for the advice but I think 1150km there and 1150km back is pushing it a little in just 4 days. I have been looking at Lady Musgrave Island as you can access it from 1770..can anyone recommend...

My family (sister, BIL and nieces aged 5 and 11) are coming to visit from the UK in a couple of weeks' time and want to see a bit of the reef. We have hired a campervan and due to work commitments...

If you have room I'd recommend buying in the Uk and shipping. Furniture/white goods/electrical items are a lot dearer over here in my opinion.

What percentage less is an acceptable offer on a property?

We are living on the Gold Coast and are hoping to buy a property soon. Obviously I know if I really want the property to offer the asking price/know to think about how long it has been on the market...
