AFAIK, the ALOR JV for (parts of?) Al Raha Beach and the Aldar-Besix JV for parts of Yas were established around the same time in 2007, in 2008 a Aldar-Cebarco...

(A) AFAIK, it's not possible because you will need a medical test to obtain a residence visa which will be done in the UAE. He could get you a mission visa first and then a residence visa once you...
