Might be worth purchasing flights through a scheduled airline they can be changed much easier than a charter airline. We booked with air Canada as they allowed for a free change of days if necessary....

When we were in Toronto there was a boat docked on the lake that was kitted out as a restaurant. The seafood there was good. Cannot remember the name but you can't miss it if its still there.

In Suffolk you can only apply if you can give them another address where you are paying council tax. Ie a second home. They will not give you a discount if you are just out of the country.

If you have your PR you should be ok. If not I doubt you will get a job offer as it would be hard for a company to get an lmo in current economic climate. No harm in trying though! Good luck.

The industry is slow over here at present. Also there is very little contract work it is very different from UK and Europe.

Whilst I appreciate the irony I think his protest was about the freedom of choice. Personally I think motorbikes are a deathtrap on wheels I would not want them banned. If somebody wants to ride one...

We moved to ns about 3 years ago from the UK. We also spend time in Alberta and can appreciate the ocean/tree thing. There is already a facebook group for expats in nova scotia if you search it out...
