Renting my house out long term.

We are the same, moving back after 14 years. But we have a house to sell.:(
I was thinking of renting it out but, like you, we dont know how much we need to earn to live and also top up the mortgage...

It was a small independent garage I used. Stopped using the volvo dealerships as soon as the car was out of warranty. At 968 euros for a service its a no brainer.

A master brake cylinder is a general part. Its not a part made by volvo. The part I was quoted for was bosch.

Hi Dumbledore, We are also moving back after 14 years in Spain for some of the same reasons as you. Parents getting older etc. Also we have 2 young kids and I just think it would be better for them...

As regards to the Sky box, you need to change the frequency. Ours is set to 12.129. Staff wise, I am desperate for a job but you are a bit far away. Lol. Best of luck in your venture.

Lol. Not me. My sky+ box came from a friend of mine who works for sky in manchester. Its an old one but works fine. Do you need an HD subscription for BBC HD etc...? Or just the Sky HD channels.

In July I bought a Sky+box. When I phoned Sky to activate it they asked me where I got the box. I told them a friend of mine upgraded to HD and gave me his old box. I am now looking at a Sky+ hd box....

I have lived here for nearly 13 years and always worked with the spanish. I am fluent now and was made redundant in July. I am finding it very difficult to get a job.
