Hi,
I was wondering if anyone had purchased a home since the HST changes? Does anyone know or have experienced the timescale to receive the HST partial rebate when purchasing a new build?

I agree, which is why I said it depends on the area you move to and your intended lifestyle.
Personally Whistler offers mountains, skiing, a particular lifestyle, relaxed (sometimes too relaxed)...

The presenters pessimistic attitude towards everyones project kinda puts me off this program, its gets annoying after a while.
