We started looking at the tra route (my husband is a carpenter) and our agent right from the beginning told us we had to lodge by the 1st of September as Carpenters after that date would be assessed...

Hi, yes he passed tra last month - before they changed the rules. Carpenters are assessed via vetasses now aren't they? We're going the employer sponsored route. You have to get your skills...
