This reminds me of a house we went to view in the U.K. We climbed the ladders to the converted loft and could actually see the fleas jumping up at our legs!!:ohmy:
Needless to say we didn't go back...

Hmmm, my debit card details were used in America a few months back. Luckily HSBC didn't authorise the transaction as it was "odd" with my address being here in Aus. Well done them!!

Personally I think you've made the right choice! Adelaide is a laid back, easy going "big town". We have fantastic beaches and some lovely suburbs to live in. The city is very inviting...

Short term rentals are quite reasonable, you know. They are cheaper than a caravan parks and don't tie you into a contract like long term rentals do.
From 40 GBP a night, they can work out cheaper...

yep, Flagstaff seems to tick many peoples boxes. My husband rented a house there, through work, last year which backed on to the golf course.
Its a very leafy suburb and family place to be.

Gina is right. We run a business with paying guests and all must be declared to the tax. We have a super accountant so I don't have to worry just pass all the finances over to her.
