Here in Perth we have school zones around our schools and for an hour and half at drop off and pick up times ( 7.30 - 9.00 am. and 2.30 - 4pm.) the speed limit is 40kph on roads around the schools....

Thanks dbd33. Yes he speaks some French - we lived in Geneva for 3 years and his lab technician there didn't speak English, so they could only communicate in French!

Can anyone define "dependent" in reference to a son who is 20 years old? I've looked through Wiki and the immigration site and it only refers to children who are still in full time study....
