We stayed with Eve and John who run the EMI-Great site it was well worth it for us as you get so much help e.g met at the airport,enough food in the fridge for a couple of days,all utillity...

My wife had a referral which was done on the 16th April and couriered to LCU, We E mailed the enquiry form to found out if they had received it and our Visa was granted on the 27/5 hope this helps.

Should take approx 6wks to process although there does seem to be a delay just now, Just keep watching the E window and it will keep updating you it will request you to get medicals and police checks...

It doesnt matter if it was for the last ten years or not ,When you get your PC back it will list all offences form your 16th birthday but for immi purposes they only look at the last 10yrs.
