Managed to get thru to someone who said I need to have a letter from the bank stating it was my card that was stolen and authorising me to collect the tickets.

Hi,

I bought some tickets for an event (online) and at the end of the process it told me in order to collect the tickets I had to use my visa card in one of those big yellow ATM style ServiCaixa...

Just to close this topic.

I decided to take the pump off and take it apart. Low and behold it was blocked with Palm tree seeds, just the right size to squeeze down the gap in the pool pump...
