Also getting a Dutch licence wouldn;t really help at this point as you need to have had it for a year to hire a car.

Thanks, but if he can't get any satisfaction from the company then presumably he would have to fall back on finding out whether his employer has acted illegally according to Zambian employment law.

Anyone moved their UK private pension to a Dutch QROPS?

Just wondering if anyone has done this and if there are any disadvantages as far as tax is concerned. For example, I know if you move your pension to Australia if you don't do this within 6 months...

The AOS is not payable until just before visa grant. Are you aware that this visa may be scrapped soon, by my reckoning round about March, so I would apply sooner rather than later.
