If you read my reply, you'll find that I didn't say that "consultants are not regulated"
I contacted various lawyers and consultants and it seemed that the lawyers are regulated by the law society...

On our trip a few years ago we saw plenty of Black bears, one Elk and a wolf but the most ferocious beat of them all was the dreaded Black Fly in Quebec, be warned, small..........but vicious.
