Good idea to have a poll Jur, I think with the Costa Esuri debate its really if you understand golf, BOTH courses are tough and varied dependent on the weather. I don't believe that the I've played...

Some time ago maybe, when banks were also agreeing to mortgages on properties without it??

Only last year on a new development of approx 80 apts, developer pushed people to complete on builders...

An Insurance Company will sell you a policy, but will never payout on a property without the first occupation license in place!!
