The other way to look at it is that you spend 8hrs a day at work so you should be satisfied with the whole package (including prospects in the medium term). 2k won't seem so much if your other half...

Also interested in this one too as I am due also to move. I think it's best not to have multiple as you pay the fees each time but other than that I'm not sure.

And to add to this from my experience:

Foxtel: $100 ish (Sports HD)
Broadband\Phone: 70\month (naked DSL) - you can go cheaper, I choose not to.
Nursery (2.5 year old) - 105 per day for us...

No mate I didn't - I couldn't get any independent feedback on their offering. I'm still interested though if you have any feedback on the process - it's still potentially on the cards.

Well, when I say I don't know, I've just read that SA105 is a supplementary for SA100 to do with property, and looking at my return, there is a section to include UK property in your personal return...

You can, I did it on Sunday, but my tax return is very simple. Certain conditions require you to use the software to submit (which you have to pay for) but it's likely cheaper to buy the software...
