If you are lucky you may have a faulty DSL router. I suggest you call Telefonica and insist they "open a service ticket for you". A technician will show up at your place and will check your line....

We need to approach this piece of news with some skepticism. Obviously it there was any torture the judge needs to look into it. Spain does not condone and does not have a policy to torture anybody....
