My parents were students at that time and yes i'm based in OZ now.
I'm a citizen of one of the African countries too.
Hope I have answered all the questions :)

Hi All,
Just wanted to know if i qualify for an EU passport since i was born there.
I was born there ins the 70s and lived in europe for about 10 years.
My parents aren't EU citizens though....
