I wanted to mention that when we renewed our PR cards in 2014, CIC had us arrange an appointment and go in person to the Vancouver office to collect them. We had 2 weeks notice for this trip....

We arrived back from a 2 week holiday today to be greeted by our postal ballot letters for the EU referendum.
