Where to renew British passport in canada?

Hello I've lived in canada for 23 years and am a PR. I want to renew my British passport that expired over 10 years ago. Where/how do I renew it these days?

After 10 years you probably cannot renew your UK PP. You will probably have to apply for a new passport, as opposed for a renewal

I just received my new British passport with the courier today. It was a renewal of a passport that expired a couple of years ago. It took 4.5 weeks!

That was quick! The passport office here have been going on strikes lately aswell.
